One other thing I forgot to mention ....
When listing on craigslist be sure to post the 4 or so pictures they let you, but also list more pictures and provide a link to another site (one of the free photo hosting sites). Also provide as many details about the vehicle, heck provide a listing of oil changes, etc. Many people list on craigslist and don't even provide a picture. The more you provide will show them that you are legit and will definitely help you out.
I have sold a few cars, a truck, and a camper through craigslist and each time I listed as much info that I had along with providing many pictures through an external link (photobucket).
