KBB.com vs NADA.com

I currently have my Suburban for sale on CL. I have it listed below NADA according to their website. However, everyone calling me keeps low balling me based on KBB.com. There is quite a difference between the two websites. Which one is more accurate? What do you all use for buying AND selling? There's not a lot of 3/4 Burbs around so I don't have much to compare too other than a few on AutoTrader.
  • If you're getting calls, then they are interested. If the vehicle is clean, well maintained and looks great then those calls are your opportunity to talk them into see it. If no one wants to come look, then you might want to lower the price. Remember, they're looking for a good deal as well as you would be. If its a good buy, itl sell. Good luck
  • Since the dealer use the NADA I price vehicles I sell off there pricing...
