Keystone Bullet - Is it really lighter than everything else?

First time post - please be kind :-) I'm in the market for my first travel trailer, coming from a pop-up camper. I plan on towing with a 2011 F-150 v6 EcoBoost with tow package (rated for 9600lbs)...

Lots of Bullets being towed by half ton trucks. Another brand that is exceptionally light for the length is the Coachmen Apex. This will likely be my next TT unless we go to a fiver.
