KEYSTONE SPRINTER 330KBS LIMITED

My fiancé and I are looking to buy our first RV travel trailer and have selected a likely candidate. We found a Keystone Sprinter 330 KBS Limited and loved the layout and features. Looking to close the deal soon, but after reading some reviews of Keystone’s warranty issues posted on the BBB website, I’m getting a little concerned. Does anyone on here have any experience with Keystone (especially the Sprinter), and the quality of their products, their warranty and customer service in general? Any help would be most appreciated.
  • We've had several Keystone Outbacks in our large family of RVers and all were well liked.
  • All RVs these days lack quality control and will have issues. More important is the reputation of your dealer and their ability to deal with warranty claims.

Our 2013 keystone bullet premier has been one of the better built trailers we have owned or seen. No major issues.

The Sprinter chassis is very particular about the fuel you feed it. Sometimes warranty claims have been denied, citing user error. That makes me skittish.

OP is talking about a Sprinter Travel Trailer. Not a MH.

All but a handful of Keystone products I have seen (1,000s) have had delamination problems.
