We have had 4 trailers...each time we bought we thought we had, "the perfect one."
Later found stuff we didn't like or thought was a dumb design flaw. That was all on us.
So, I guess I have to agree with ford truck guy above.
Hopefully you will get some help from Keystone, but I seriously doubt it.
Anyway, good luck with it.
