The only legit item in your list is item #1.
The other items are simply the way the unit is made that if important to you should have been caught prior to purchase.
Item #1 would have been less noticeable and is a bit more of a poor design.
Nevertheless it is not a warranty issue and is something I imagine you will have to live with or remedy yourself. Do not expect Keystone to create a fix
