Keystone Travel trailer faulty design

I appreciate all replies. I looked at the unit on-line as none were in stock. Perhaps that was my fault, but I had no other choice. All of these items were as purchased.

I agree, I can always purchase another door, but all literature and pictures from Keystone showed TWO doors and the should deliver what is promised. Why else would they call it "pass-thru " storage.

Just as with cars, there are things one doesn't see until purchased.

I will continue to pursue with Keystone as soon as I find the name and address of the proper person to communicate with.
