I read your first line and says "not safe to use as is" so I figured ; wow, this thing must have an unwelded frame or electrical "shock" hazard or something VERY wrong!! :h
I say in all seriousness, if this is your second Keystone and this is all the problems you have, you are a pretty lucky guy.
Read through this forum to see what real "unsafe to use" problem is.
I understand your frustration but if your trailer is overall sound, these issues you list are trivial in the big picture.
