Assuming that the slide/chair issue is correctly set up and that's just the way it is, could you - or have someone - add a block to the chairs on the side in question to even it up. Obviously, stain it and make it look original, but at least it would not be a tipping hazard. Re the pass through, likely Keystone is not going to give on that, so suggest checking on the price for the additional door and installation, unless you feel ok doing it yourself. Re the heat duct under the air mattress sofa bed. Without going to look, I believe our Rocky has the same or very close to the same and the heat will circulate - just takes a bit longer. You might check into one of those plastic deflectors like used in homes to deflect into the room rather than straight up and see if that would help. Cost is minimal.
Recently there have been several threads re Keystone and some problems owners were having. Does not appear that Keystone is overly anxious to have happy owners, so I would not count on anything. I would hazard a guess that a large percentage of us have one or more things on our TTs that make us wonder, "what were they thinking....or WERE they thinking?" Somebody comes up with an idea, design engineers to their thing, they build it and then the owners have to learn to work with someone's lack of thinking. Another nature of the beast.
