Unexpected changes?? Buying sight unseen??
Well here's my more positive story:
We have bought two trailers sight unseen. Both were located a *long* ways away (Texas and British Columbia, we live near Toronto, Ontario).
Both trailers had zero defects when I arrived and inspected them.
The second trailer came with several unexpected and unadvertised options:
-carpeting in bedroom
-huge side windows in slide (because of the loungers rather than a sofa)
-remote control operation of lights/slide/awning/stab jacks
The only negative experience was that I ordered an Equal-I-Zer WDH for the second trailer and got some off-brand WDH with no sway control. The salesman said he never heard of the Equal-I-Zer brand, and I believed him. He obviously knew next to nothing about trailers.
