WE have a Rockwood 8313SS. It has a dedicated "man/kids" room in the back. It has a curtain that can close to make it more private. In the model there is a couch that folds out to a bed. It has one of the inflatable mattress on it. Yes you have to fold it out, flip a switch and 2 minutes later it is filled and ready. Our son is in college and works for him when he goes with us. During the day he has is set up back there, DVD's, X-box and such.
When he is not with us we still have our daughter who is in high school but she sleeps on the bunk still.
When they are not with us then it is a man cave.
