Kids riding in the TC?

I rode in the back of pickups, and on the back window shelf of cars. My two kids would ride in the camper on occasion, as would my wife, during the late seventies and early eighties.

I have mixed emotions about it now. I would do it under certain circumstances, but would be hesitant on a regular basis. In California, it is legal as I understand, but you must have two-way communication devices.
