I ended up sitting out at remote pit 1 with my TC the entire event. 90 minutes down Bessemer road with the camper (I'm somewhat top heavy) but it was sure cozy once I got there!

A long race for my buddy, but he crossed the finish line 12th, 13th corrected for time. Not a great finish for us, but he broke an A arm coming into main pit and flatted 4 times, so still pretty good for conditions.

Rough course this year. Fairly glad we decided not to run our car, but we'll be back in the series events and in the big show again next year.

Un offical winner Randy & Mike Slawson, 3rd, 2 time winner. They won in 2013. Just under 9hrs, can't imagine, and they apperead pretty fresh,amazing.

Streaming is great today for me. Right now there is 25+ rigs lined up at Jackhammer with the leader 4 minutes out of getting there, this ought to be intresting. It's taking at least 10 min. to get thru, you do the math. Good thing there is a 14 hr. limit on the race.Bye, going back to watch more.

Up date. They ended up with 34 rigs backed up so they decided to let the leaders who were on the 3rd and final lap take a escorted by pass and time stamped them so not to get more backed up. Not sure how they figure it out, way over my head. So thats what they did. Kinda a drag but Jackhammer just became a sort of parking lot.

I hope the streaming coverage is better today than yesterday.
