That was the only issue my 2004 had was the drivers seat was showing wear. Mine was cloth and I ordered a new bottom foam cushion and cover from the dealer spent a couple hours swapping them out and the drivers seat looked as good as the others did.
You might look into that they are easy to change out but a bit pricey for the leather I would think. Total cost was around $75 for the cushion and $160 :E for the bottom cover.
Did make a big difference in how the truck showed, sold it for full asking price to the first guy that looked at her and he didn't want a 4X2!
