Looking back it may have been wise to have had the seats redyed early on sprayed with a high quality finish. The seats probably could have still looked new. Anyway I'll pay closer attention to how the new ones wear.
That's just how the KR's seats wear. It didn't bother me before but I certainly took it into account in choosing the Platinum over the KR this last round. Time will tell if there is a lot of difference in the two, both are high quality leather and will certainly wear over time.
