Sounds like a contractor trying to sell something... and they use the trucks seat as their office chair, 10 to 12 hours a day.
Full disclosure prevents these kinds of deals, they buyer is probably more pissed driving 120 miles for nothing, because seller didn't send pictures first. Waste of time for every one.
I sold our 2008 Honda CRV EXL with 140k miles on it last year, 7 years old, and the real beige/tan leather seats on that looked almost new. Much better than the OP's.
When I'm sitting in my truck it's going down the highway usually. The front passenger seat doesn't look a whole lot different and it's only had a but sitting in it anymore than 30,000 miles. Other than the wear on the front two seats and top of the steering wheel the intetior of this truck is absolutely flawless. The carpet for instance is like new. I think the vinyl used in most "leather" interiors such as your old CRV do tend to wear better.
