I agree with Soundguy. Time will tell on the takeover by large corps.
IMO, the reputation of the dealer you buy from is more important.
Brands are brands and most can be fixed by a willing and able dealer.
As interest rates are low, consumers buy and they roll off them off the line as fast as possible. That results in some hits and a lot of misses.
You need to have a dealer to step up to the plate to fill in that void. Many times, a smart dealer takes care of issues that the mfg refuses. Family owned,small dealerships are often the better choice over large advertised dealerships, where the customer becomes a lost soul.
