Jayco has the superior BAL Ultraframe compared to what KZ uses and is what would be the deciding factor for me.
Our KZ dealer has to be the worst dealer imaginable (won't go into details). Bad dealers aren't unique to any particular brand. It's always a good idea to find out what you can about a local one before committing to a purchase because a bad one can turn the best RVs out there into a nightmare.
Don't forget that KZ and Jayco are both now owned by Thor Industries. You can choose between a Thor RV and a Thor RV... :)
