Is this CAN$ or US$? I have seen transaction prices for under $24k USD on it, $26k for Touring. Last summer I stopped at a dealer that had the 318, the Tracer version, a Jayco Eagle, and Keystone Outback 312, Laredo 303TG. The 318 had a sales price sticker of $24995, so I'm certain that one could have been negotiated lower. That TT is on my short list of next RVs!
