Lance 1181, First Impressions Wrong

Sorry to hear of your issues in what should be a new Lance Campers. Glad to see that the repairs were completed and look forward to learning more of your testing of these repairs.
What I am confused with, why would you take your camper 780 miles to have something that could be done in Arizona? Did Lance instruct you to return to the Factory for these repairs? Did you make the decision to return your camper to a repair location near the Lance Camper Factory? What was the bank payment for, if this was for warranty repairs?
