Sorry about your troubles. Seems that's how most RV manufactures are now, all about production and nothing for customer service.
I had some issues with my Eagle Cap (mostly freeze ups in the winter) and Eagle Cap had me bring my camper to them and they would ship it back to me. That seemed like a fair deal to me, but that was the old Eagle Cap in LaGrande, OR. The new Eagle Cap (owned by Adventure) in Yakima, WA is totally the opposite as in totally worthless. Lip service for customer service.
Hope your camper is fixed and you are now enjoying a nice cold one in there.;)
