Yikes! I'm also sorry you have had these issues. During the past month I've tried numerous times to speak with customer service at Lance. FINALLY, after 5 calls I received a call back. Not too happy about that, and yes, there was NO apology for the delay. In fact, at one point I was told "I called you yesterday but nobody answered." Really? my caller ID doesn't show this and I was at a working telephone ALL DAY. Geesh! fortunately, since I purchased my 2007 1055 used, if there were any issues when new they had already been handled. Except my backup and docking lights don't come on when the truck is in reverse. Could be a wiring issue but the plug worked just fine on my old Weekender... Another project for another day!
