We own a 2016 Lance 1685 and love it because it fits most of what we wanted in a trailer. Small size (fits into my car port). Large fresh water and holding tanks(45 gal each). And with the large slide had the most room inside including lots of well designed storage areas. Large pass through front storage accessible from the outside as well as from the inside under the queen bed.
Rear bathroom is accessible with the slide in, as well as the dinette, fridge, range, sink, etc. A bit restricted yes but accessible like for lunch at a rest stop, etc.
Pulls easily at about 5000+ lbs with all our stuff in it. Listed as 4071 from the factory with full propane tanks only.
Had two minor issues from factory: water leak at the front window while driving in the Oregon rain. Also water plumbing leak from under the bathroom sink area, only when connected up to city water. Both repaired under warranty. Has 4 season insulation package with enclosed, heated tanks and double pane storm windows etc. Generally speaking we are very happy with our unit.
