We had a 2011 825 on our 3/4 ton pickup. Great space for the two of us, we even did a couple nights with a third person.
Truck handled it very well. Added Timbrens because of a slight rear sag.
We have done quite a few bareboat sailing charters so we both know how to minimize water use- fresh, grey and black. No problem with the smaller tanks.
Our biggest negative is not being able to sit up in bed- ceiling was too low- 2'-9". Makes it a little difficult to put on or take off a shirt.
The 3 cu.ft. refrigerator is on the small size but we managed.
Our only real negatives.
Would have stayed with the 825 but then Cathy adopted two rescue dogs- 55# and 75#. No more floor space! We found a used 2012 855S in 2012, turned in for a 5th wheel without being used. Plus 3'-5" cabover headroom- we can sit up. And it has a 5 cu.ft. refrigerator.
