For over thirty years I have restored vintage cars and often the balance of original cost, restoration and value (whether actual or nostalgic) was often evaluated through the process of restoration. Often times the fact of it's provenance allowed more time and money to be spent. Sometimes the fact that the bottom line cost far out weighs the value of the completed project and the car became nothing but a parts car. So I find myself enjoying watching your project unfold, but the voice in the back of my head keeps asking, when are you going to take this to the dump and find a more worthy project. I am sure I am not the only one to be thinking this, why are you going through this much expense and time to work on this renovation.
With all due respect; What is your motivation?
Thanks.
