I went via the 2 rebuild topics.
Their situation is a bit different as they had extensive dryrot.
My camper coming from AZ has relatively solid wood, but with the age the inadequate engineering shows.
I see some metal under the slide support, but this looks more like roof flashing, with sheet metal and it not attached anywhere on the ends.
Right now I have pretty good idea what I am facing with the exception that none of the pictures shows front driver corner build and that is where I have main separation.
I also have stress mark where cabover starts, but hopefully that is still solid.
I am strong believer in laminating and have been doing that in hobby for 50 years, so beside adding metal angle under the slide, I plan to laminate all aged wood.
