Your's are horizontal so swapping isn't an option.
I swapped 2 20# bottles with Rhino at Lowe's a while back. What they gave me was so rough I wouldn't want them in my camper. I think the hype about how they test and refurb them before refill is a joke. One had rust on the bottom. The tanks I traded in were like new but needed new OPDs.
I believe Heritage propane recertifies tanks around N. AL. Not sure if all do.
I had one done last year. $5 + the gas. The dealer near me was only open week days and could only do the recert when one individual wasn't out on a call.
I'm going to have to get a couple more done soon myself. One on my 5th W is an '01 and one on the TC is an '04
