Lance makes a good solid trailer, but what they are asking for their trailers is unconscionable. I like the approach given above with no dickering etc. THEY all Drop in price like a stone when you drive off the dealer parking lot so be careful. I could be wrong but Lance is known for their truck campers not their travel trailers so be careful.
