Google is your friend, once you find the model you want search around the web. Someone will have it at a bottoms dollar price, and that will give you an idea of what to aim for.
I don't play the pass numbers back and forth game. You don't have to be rude, but do your homework and find taxes, tag fees etc that have to be paid, and find the price you are willing to pay, add the taxes and fees. Then either walk in with a check written out, or make an over via email. If they don't take it, go to the next dealer. Email can save a bunch of gas.
