Probably only 5% of people have the makeup to be able to drive the hard bargain as is being advised here.
The easiest, more passive way to get a good deal is as was also suggested, use the internet to get your best price. Then just call dealers with that price (or lower), and see who will match or beat it. You can also say you'll need to know all fees over the phone. That's what I did on our current RV. It helped a lot that RVdirect.com is a known dealer of what we bought. Their price was our negotiating number. My phone conversations with dealers were not stressful at all. In the end I had at least two good offers.
