I believe 40ft is the standard max length for travel trailers per state laws. There are a few states that allow slightly longer, but I don't think any are shorter. So, 39 feet is about the longest manufacturers are going to build - anything longer will have very limited sale potential.
Edit: to clarify, this is regarding towing the trailer on roads. If you're looking for a park unit, that would be different.
