The other consideration is that available sites and access roads become more of an issue with really large TTs.
We've camped at many places where anything bigger than our TT (31' 9" tip to tip) would have been problematic. Even if you could fit a 39' TT on a site, sometimes there is no room to park the TV. One campground we frequent has an access road in which I feel like we're skiing a slalom event around trees right up against the road. You can see where RVs have scraped those trees. I can't imagine towing something much longer on that road!
Also, I don't know where you store your TT when not camping, but there is no way I could maneuver anything bigger into or out of my driveway. It is already a challenge because our street is not that wide and there are always vehicles parked on the street. So it's like navigating an obstacle course.
Just some things to consider. If you can get it to work, more power to you. I always dreamed of a giant TT with big slideouts! :)
