True, but dropping the cruising rpms is a much better driving experience than screamin x country at 2500/2700 rpms in a 3rd gen.
255-80-17 is about as big as you can go on stock wheels. Go as tall as you can. 34-35” tire isn’t too much for that truck with new rims and mileage will be similar for similar tires.
