I'm torn between a big pop-up or a hybrid such as the Rockwood Roo 233s. Sadly, either of them will sit in my driveway most of the year but trying to plan for future use is a******shoot. I just don't want to make the wrong decision now and it end up costing me more $$ down the road by making a change as opposed to paying a little more now and have something that will be suitable for my family for many years to come.
What are the things that you think you'll need in the years to come?
@Bondebond - what did you not get that you wish you had?
It seems a lot of folks eventually go to the gray/dark side because they are easier to set up.
In Texas, heat is going to be your enemy. I don't know if a TT/HTT or a popup is cooler with A/C on. We have never had A/C.
My wife is already talking about HTTs, and we just got our latest trailer last year. Actually, our bones and joints are talking subliminally... ;)
