Yes, Foam-Core is fantastic under aluminum siding. Stops drafts and insulates too. I had the Foam-Core, storms, and the Arctic Cold Weather Package options added to both our new Lances we ordered them at the same time. 1997 Lance Squire 4000 and the 1997 Lance Legend 990. Later made my own version of storms out of 1/4" (actually .200-.220) Lucite for the 990 as 3 of the glass storms got broken when stored in my pole building for 12 years. Of course, nobody admits breaking them!
