Launching a boat with only side mirrors for field of view

I have no problem backing up a boat trailer with the best of them. But I have a truck camper on order and began to think about how that would work without my usual field of vision right over the tailg...

We tow a second M/C trailer behind rhe 5er . Its narrow, so to see what it is doing I screwed old spring based cb antennas ( remember those? ) to each side sticking out with red reflective tape flags where they were visible in the side mirrors. After practice, I can back both by judging how much red flag I see or none.
