Launching a boat with only side mirrors for field of view

I have no problem backing up a boat trailer with the best of them. But I have a truck camper on order and began to think about how that would work without my usual field of vision right over the tailg...

Good luck getting 3 windows to line up enough to give you any field of view through them.
I’m assuming the boat trailer is narrower than the camper so when you’re backing straight you can’t see it at all?
Flags, sticks or a high mount camera on the back of the camper seem like the low and high tech solutions.
