Launching a boat with only side mirrors for field of view

Frankly I am not very good at backing the boat with only the side mirrors, AND most of the time when we have the boat we are at the same camp site for a few days to I unload the TC to make it all a lot easier. Having said all that, I really like to have the Windows in the TC to see the boat (or my other trailer) when going down the road. I am tempted to add a Backup cam - but that seems like it would be a distraction going down the freeway??
