I installed this Dexter Wet Bolt Kit to my own Spree 240BH-LX when the original nylon bushings wore completely through. We ended up selling the trailer later that year so I never had the opportunity to see the results over the longer term but I'm sure it would have been much better than those nylon bushings.
Good plan. The picture below illustrates what can happen. I am sitting in Mexico right now waiting for my wife to bring downa similar kit, after the stock ones probably nearly killed me. Just finished going down a steep mountian road when I discovered this.
