Just guessing without weights posted but your 2500 should hit the flat bar fairly quickly.

With 3500 lbs+ in the bed it'll hit the overload spring pretty quick.
I am not on the overloads to keep the truck leveled up. Separate valves for each side. Running about 65lbs to level the truck. If I drop it onto the overloads a little it handles better but the @ss is sagging.
Yeah it's over the gvw it's a 2500 with 4k on the back incl the trailer. Tires are rated for it and bags aren't stressing out.
Just would like to get onto the overload leaf without drivin around like a pre runner truck.
Any suggestions on the spring shims?
A sway bar would help but for that money I could get the stable loads.
It may be the best option though. Easier to install than drilling the springs for the shims.
