I just installed new LED bulbs. Turn light on the TV goes off.

If the TV goes off it's not interference as some suggested. Interference causes the TV to lose or weaken a signal.
Did you try putting the original lights back and see what happens? My guess it's a short and even then it's two systems 12v and 110v? If all is ok then replace one LED at a time a verify if the TV is affected after each installation of LED light.
