I just installed new LED bulbs. Turn light on the TV goes off.

I have about 10 LED panels in DIY fixtures in my trailer. All were purchased from E Bay Asian vendors and have no regulator circuit. All cost under $2.00. All are working fine and color is close to the incandescents they replaced. I think the E Bay vendor was " 2011 LED". It's been awhile.
