I read all your posts about LED lighting. My object was to convert to LED's in a quick and dirty fashion, which means only replacing the bulb, not the whole fixture. Secondly, since I have so many interior lights, I thought paying a few bucks per light would be better than $10-12 per. I'm hoping the technology has advanced enough in the last couple years to make my small investment worthwhile and lasting. I'll report when we've had a significant field test. Even with the low current draw of these LED's, Jeanie and I will still be watt misers on the road to XTC.
