Can you give a little more info? What conversations have you had directly with Lance? How many times has it been fixed and by who? What problem has been diagnosed? What was the remedy and did it fail the same way again? How many times?

I have never owned a Lance but I haven't heard too many bad things about the way the do business over the years. People seem pretty happy in general.
