OK, Lets start from the top.
Truck loaded ready to travel full of family and stuff plus hitch 8000. So 9900 minus 8000 equals 1900.
Assume more like 2000 pounds of stuff for a family of four You have also forgotten anything and everything added to the trailer either by you or the factory above that mystical "dry" weight. So lets say dry plus 1500 plus your two thousand of personal stuff. That is more like 3500 pounds.
So, 9000 plus 3500 equals 12,500 pounds. Now from experience Forest Rivers builds their fivers pin heavy. So your numbers may be heavily skewed in the wrong direction. For instance, my 12,750 GVWR fiver actually scales right at 12,500 pounds and my pin weight is 3300-3500 pounds.
Take your 8000 pound loaded truck and add even 3000 for the pin and you end up at 11,000 pounds on the truck. A whopping 2000 pounds over the trucks GVWR and probably about a thousand pounds over it's RAWR. Just not a real smart combination. Don't believe me, that's fine, go ahead and buy the trailer and after loading it with stuff and family drive across a set of scales. If I am off by more than 500 pounds either way, I'll buy you a six pack of your favorite beverage next time we meet.
