APT is correct, huge payload difference in 250s. Gas will have more, diesels much less.
My 13 F250 SC XLT 4x4 6.2 has a door sticker payload of 3,232.
Best to get a higher GVWR F350, if you need the diesel, and want to carry a heavier FW.
