Letting my truck sit for 6 months over winter

Is that going to kill the tires? Unfortunately I won't be about to move it periodically. Putting it up on blocks is not an option.

FWIW it gets very cold where I live and the tires are M+S rated.

I've added Diesel fuel stabilizer.... anything else I should do?

Put batteries on trickle charger, even removing if necessary.
  • A couple years ago my old F-150 (gas) sat over 4 months buried in the snow. When it melted the truck started quickly. No problems with the tires. It was not as cold as your area, but it was cold and lots of snow and ice. The truck was sitting on grass.

Make sure your tires are properly inflated, they'll be okay.
