I installed BAL Stabilizer jacks just in front of the forward axle (as closer to the tires as I could get)on both sides.BAL Stabilizers
Also I use BAL chocks on both sides of the trailer.BAL Chocks
This has greatly reduced the bounce in our 35 foot Cougar.
