Those cheap electric jacks are called stabilizer jacks, not leveling jacks. It does not have the power to lift and level it. I have those on mine. It's the one that operates by a single button that lowers and raises left and right stabilizer pad at the same time. I have two of them, one for the front and one for the rear.
The one that has to be hand jack at 4 corners are stronger and it can can lift and level it to some degree.
