I wanted power jacks when we upgraded trailers simply because I was sick of dealing with manual jacks. The salesman actually steered me away from it saying that they are less stable and break easier. I use a cordless Dewalt Model #: DC970K-2 (about $90) with a socket adapter and socket that fits and I can put all 4 jacks down in about 30 seconds. It was a pain in the ass when I used to do it manually (in the Florida sun and heat) because I had an old cheap weak drill that wasn't strong enough to crank it up or down. Now it's no problem at all.
Electric Tongue Jack is key to save a lot of effort. Stabilizer jacks are better off being manual and are epsecially easy to deal with when you have a drill.
